Do you think you could make a difference to our team? 

Due to recent success in our growth plans, and our further ambitions for 2022 and beyond, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced, IOSH accredited Trainer to join our growing team.  The role will primarily deliver accredited health and safety training courses in virtual settings over Teams/Zoom, although there may from time to time, be a requirement to deliver in classroom-based training dependent on the client needs

We are looking for an experienced H&S professional to train, support and mentor students in accredited health and safety training courses such as IOSH and NEBOSH certificate programmes. You will enjoy imparting your passion for the subject in both virtual and classroom environments, and you have a clear idea of the techniques that can help learners of all abilities grasp the crucial concepts of safe and healthy work.    You will have a have a passion for facilities, health, safety, and wellbeing, and will enjoy imparting your knowledge and enthusiasm to an audience spanning front line workers to senior executives. 

You must be;

  • Tech-savvy, highly commercial and committed to customer service. 

  •  TechIOSH as a minimum and have recent experience in delivering IOSH Managing Safely in line with the IOSH standards

You must have;

  • Experience of working in health and wellbeing and/or the hard services sector would be advantageous.

  • An adult training qualification at level 3 on a regulated qualifications framework; OR have successfully completed the IOSH Train the Trainer course 

  • Two years substantial face-to-face training experience

Location: Home-based with some occasional travel to client sites and our Cambridge office as required.

Reporting to:  CEO.

Salary band: £32,000-£36,000 per annum.

DurationFull time – 37.5 per week: Monday to Friday, typically worked from 8.30am – 5.00pm to serve the client, though may be some capability to flex as needed.
