Contribute to the next series of strategic FM case studies!

Since April 2014, International Workplace has partnered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors to produce four series of case studies, highlighting best practice in the FM industry. From an insight into how the BBC helped foster creativity in an under-generated area of the north-west, to the adoption of the Living Wage in the hospitality sector, to delivering critical FM services at the largest dedicated rugby union venue in the world, to enabling a top international school in Thailand to keep its students safe and secure, the case studies have showcased great initiatives across the globe, establishing FM as a multi-faceted and growing discipline.

The case studies have focused on strategy, professionalising the industry, providing critical services and delivering brand value, and in our next series, the focus will be on corporate social responsibility – using FM for social good.

We’re interested in hearing from FM companies who believe they are helping their clients deliver on their CSR agenda, as well as those organisations who have partnered with their FM providers to contribute to their local communities, or otherwise use their operations to bring about social change. The next series will be published in 2017, and provide an excellent opportunity to showcase the excellent work FM does in the community. If you have a story to tell, please email Alex Davies and we’ll be in touch.
