Workplace Bullying - Rudolph's story

The recent case of Rudoplh vs the North Pole is a cautionary tale for employers that don't manage workplace bullying and discrimination correctly. On Wednesday the tribunal heard;

"All of the other reindeer used to laugh and call him names plus they never let poor Rudolph join in any reindeer games."

The North Pole have explained their no bullying policy and increased staff equality and diveristy training to try and tackle this issue and improve the culture of the workplace. A verdict in this case is pending but we will update you on the outcome as soon as we can.
