The CIPD Level 3 Award in Contributing to the Process of Job Analysis is an 8 hour human resources training course that can be taken as a stand alone module or as part of a CIPD Level 3 Certificate or Diploma in HR Practice.
This CIPD training course is an introduction to the knowledge and skills required in the use of a number of methods of conducting job analysis. Robust job analysis provides the foundation for a number of broader HR practices. Being able to contribute to this process, interpret and present the results obtained, and make recommendations based on your findings, are key skills for the HR professional. This programme is designed to develop your understanding of the principles and practice of job analysis and job design. Students willl explore the nature and purpose of job analysis, look at how a job contributes to the organisation's objectives and strategy, and how to design jobs that are interesting and engaging.
