Fire Warden

Fire-warden-1300pxs.jpg

The fire warden training course provides the learner with the knowledge and skills to identify fire hazards and dangers and reduce the likelihood of a fire occurring. If a fire does break out, the individual will have the knowledge to deal with a fire in a safe manner.

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires  workers to be trained and that there is a strategy to evacuate all occupants within a building prior to the arrival of the fire brigade. Businesses are recognising the importance of having fully-trained fire wardens as part of their emergency evacuation strategy, as it has shown to be the quickest, most effective way to evacuate a building.
