The ILM Level 3 Award is a 3 day classroom course along with telephone and email support for the duration of your work based assignments which are completed following the classroom sessions. The classroom element of the course will be delivered at our Executive Training Centre in London or one of our many partner venues around the UK.

  • How to motivate and improve performance
  • Understanding the communication process in the workplace


This course is assessed via writting assingments. The aim of the Written Assignments is to demonstrate, in detail, your operational and theoretical knowledge of an area of the course as applied in practice.

The Written Assignments will be provided during your classroom sessions. You will be able to contact a Tutor to assist you with your assignments via email / phone as required.
