The ILM Level 5 Award is a 4 day accredited training course produced by the Institute of Leadership and Management and delivered by International Workplace. The classroom element of the course will be delivered at our Executive Training Centre in London or one of our many partner venues around the UK.

This award will help you develop skills in core leadership and management abilities such as inspiring colleagues and delivering results and is designed for middle and senior managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. Assessment:

This course is assessed via writting assingments. The aim of the Written Assignments is to demonstrate, in detail, your operational and theoretical knowledge of an area of the course as applied in practice.

The Written Assignments will be provided during your classroom sessions. You will be able to contact a Tutor to assist you with your assignments via email / phone as required.

The International Workplace Executive Centre (IWEC) is a custom built training centre in the heart of London’s busy legal district and offers an ideal learning environment tailored specifically for International Workplace Training courses, it is also available to hire for any events.
