IOSH Working Safely: CSCS restriction on eLearning

The Construction Skills Certificates Scheme (CSCS) has taken the decision to remove recognition of eLearning versions of IOSH’s Working Safely course due to concerns with the security of assessments.

As a consequence, CSCS has announced it will not accept applications for Labourers’ Cards based on IOSH Working Safely eLearning certificates or passports after 12 May 2017.

If you are currently studying – or planning to study – for an IOSH Working Safely Certificate with International Workplace, with the intention of using it to gain a CSCS card, please contact us urgently on +44 (0)333 210 1995 in order that we can help you make alternative study arrangements.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. This restriction applies to all providers of IOSH Working Safely by eLearning, and we are sure you will appreciate it out of our control.

IOSH has advised us that they are in discussion with CSCS to reintroduce the recognition of the Working Safely eLearning programme as quickly as possible.
