RICS FM teams up with Workplacelaw Network

The RICS Facilities Management Faculty has teamed up with the Workplacelaw Network to provide legal advice and support for its membership, which consists of over 11,000 facilities management professionals.

Members of the RICS FM Faculty will have unlimited access to some of the UK’s top law firms, including Eversheds, CMS Cameron McKenna, Masons, and Andersen Legal. The information is largely provided through an online database – - of legal guidance and in-depth articles, as well as a comprehensive daily legal news service that covers employment, health and safety, and premises law.

The Workplacelaw Network was launched in September 2001. The membership service has rapidly become established as the UK’s leading source of legal and practical information on workplace issues for employers, attracting thousands of employers and managers in its first few months. Corporate members of the Network include KPMG, Abbey National, and Emcor Facilities Services.

Emma Wood, Assistant Director of the RICS FM Faculty, comments:

"We are pleased to announce the start of our partnership with the Workplacelaw Network, which is intended to deliver further exclusive benefits to our members. The Workplacelaw Network has a proven reputation for delivering accurate and timely legal information, and we are delighted to have secured this partnership. This is further evidence of our commitment to provide high quality information and support for the membership of the RICS FM Faculty."
