Stiell Reveals their Unique Approach to Open Book Accounting at FM Expo

Property facilities management specialist Stiell Facilities is holding a free seminar at FM Expo, which claims to reveal their unique approach to open book accounting, for benefit of clients, service providers and suppliers alike. The seminar, run in association with the Workplacelaw Network, takes place at 2.45pm on Wednesday 23rd October in the main seminar theatre, Earls Court.

Outsourcing, partnership and open book accounting are very much in vogue, but it is not often clear how they translate into practice. Drawing on his experience of working with some of the world's most influential blue chip client organisations, Billy Daly of Stiell Facilities explores ways of achieving a truly effective outsourcing deal. The free seminar will show companies considering outsourcing their FM services how they can turn a client/supplier relationship into a win-win outcome.

Why Attend?

If you are interested in learning how to achieve true value in outsourcing, this short seminar will open up some thought provoking discussion around the areas of business transformation, crafting the deal, managing transition, managing relationships, leveraging new capability and innovative financial modelling. Drawing on real business situations it will give a unique insight into the workings of successful outsourcing deals.
