Behavioural based safety training aims to improve health and safety in the workplace by changing behaviour at work. 

This course can be tailored to employees and their managers and will provide the knowledge required to create a behaviour based safety programme.

Delegates will leave the course with the knowledge of the correct processes to required to reinforce positive attitudes towards health and safety in the workplace.

Outline and content

This course will provide practical guidance on how to drive sustainable change in workplace behaviour and give delegates the confidence to instigate change within your organisation and promote a positive culture towards health and safety. The course includes:

  • Behavioural phychology
  • Effective behaviour management theories
  • How to develop an in-company behavioural strategy
