FM online survey - have your say on new KPIs

Workplace Law has teamed up with Facilities Management Journal (FMJ) and Integrated fm to gather data on Key Performance Indicators from FMs.

The purpose of this anonymous survey is to provide industry standard KPI measurements that can be used by all FMs to benchmark their services, make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement. Your participation in this survey will help to ensure that the KPI figures generated are truly representative of the situation in the FM industry.

Over the last eight months the first phase of the survey addressed performance parameters relating to commonly used FM tools such as Helpdesk and resource management. The second phase of the survey will encompass churn management, PPM, property portfolio, office moves, corporate social responsibility and ‘hot desking’ utilisation. If you would like further details on the results so far, please contact Workplace Law on 0870 777 8881.

Please take a few minutes to participate in the survey: we do not need your contact details and your responses are completely anonymous.
