New Guidance on Environmental Management Law for Property Managers
A new guide to all aspects of UK environmental management law has been published by the Workplacelaw Network, making important reading for anyone involved in property of facilities management. The guidance is edited by Sally Goodman of Casella Stanger, and includes contributions from a wide range of industry experts.
The Guide to Environmental Management Law and Practice 2002 covers many of the current hot topics in property management, including: environmental management systems, contaminated land and brownfield development, asbestos, the Climate Change Levy, hazardous substances, waste management, air quality, water quality, noise and environmental reporting.
