Payment must be received in full prior to the training date. All courses are correct at the time of sending, but may be subject to change. If a delegate cancels in writing after the booking has been taken but more than 14 days days before the training dates, a cancellation charge of £50 per course plus VAT will apply. No refunds apply if cancellation is within 14 days, however substitutions will be accepted. All bookings submitted by email, fax or telephone are subject to these booking conditions.
