Race relations code of practice

    The Race Relations Act 1976 (General Statutory Duty: Code of Practice) Order 2002 came into force on 31 May 2002, requiring a Code of Practice from the Commission for Racial Equality. The Code applies to certain specified public authorities to help eliminate unlawful racial discrimination and to promote equality of opportunity and good relations between different racial groups.
