Join the Workplace Law London to Cambridge cycle team

Workplace Law has entered a team in this years’ London to Cambridge bike ride which takes place on Sunday 22 July, and we’re inviting you to join us!

We will be raising money for a great charity – Exhall Grange Specialist School in Coventry. Last year we entered a team of 50 cyclists and managed to raise a massive £7413.

This year we are looking to enter a team of 100 riders and have set ourselves a fundraising target of £7500.

The London to Cambridge bike ride is one of the most popular cycling events in the UK, attracting more than 4,000 entrants each year. Starting from Pickett’s Lock in North London, the route winds through beautiful countryside to the finish at Midsummer Common in the heart of Cambridge. The 57 mile route is described by organisers as “easy going and suitable for riders of average levels and abilities.”

The event is organised by Bike Events, who provide marshals, mechanical back up, and medical facilities throughout the route.

Team entry costs £18.50 per person. Each rider is required to raise a minimum sponsorship amount of £50.

Workplace Law will be providing t-shirts and will organise transport from Cambridge to London (for both riders and bikes) on the morning of the event. For London based riders transport back to the start point will be provided, with the coach leaving at 5pm*.

The invitation is open to everyone: Workplace Law staff, associates, friends and colleagues, our clients and suppliers.

If you would like to join us for the ride or would like more information then please download our application pack, email Paranie Siva at or call her on 01223 431073.

* transport back to London start point will only be provided if there are a minimum of 15 riders that need to get back to London.
