Take part in an important new survey of facilities managers
The Workplacelaw Network is carrying out a survey of facilities managers' views on their roles, their priorities and their suppliers. The results of the survey will be published in the third edition of the Facilities Management Market Audit – one of the sector’s most important publications.
The research for the Market Audit has been supported by the BIFM and the RICS FM Faculty, plus some of the biggest names in the sector, including Johnson Controls, AMEC, Rentokil, Citex, and Turner FM.
The online survey is strictly anonymous and should be filled out by facilities managers only – not by facilities management suppliers. The survey will be used only to indicate trends and opinions in the industry, and will provide a snapshot of the industry as it stands in the first quarter of 2002, giving information on the key issues facing those working in FM.
Ian Harris, Chief Executive of the BIFM, comments:
"This study will give us a far better understanding of where we stand today and what the issues are to address in the future. At an individual level, it is worth taking the time to reflect on the issues raised. As an industry, we will benefit from drawing on actual experiences behind the issues. The results will be widely available and the subject of discussion for key industry stakeholders and the government."
